Nail Biting Success Story

Luke Clough

A few days ago, my phone beeped and I received this message from Ray.

Nail biting success

A few months ago Ray had contacted me as a potential client that was looking into letting go of a long term nail biting habit. He was now in his 60's and he had bitten his nails for as long as he cold remember. He even had vivid memories of being a child and his biting his nails was a running joke in the family.

Ray made such a sensational change that I just had to share it with you all. Most of our clients attend 3 sessions, however Ray actually contacted me after his 2nd session to say that he didn't think he actually needed his 3rd session anymore! Now although this sounds counter productive from a business view point, I could not be any happier than when this happens. The fewer sessions the better is our genuine motto here at Cambridge Hypnotherapy.

Ray was more confident in his appearance, not constantly trying to hide his hands, and he could play the guitar easier than he had ever played it before which was huge seeings as he was a professional musician!

We are now 2 months on and the above text came through to my phone completely unsolicted. These types of feedback are just such an aboslute joy to receive, and it makes all the difficult sessions worhwhile when we can hel clients make such a change.

So what do you want to change? Do you have a behavioural habit that you have struggled to stop doing? If so, what's stopping you from changing and letting go after only 2-3 sessions, and having your case written about too?

Drop me a message and I'll talk you through the steps to success!

Speak soon,

Luke
