"After one session with Luke, I can honestly say my life is totally different. My outlook, my attitude, my overall persona is now much more relaxed and at peace. I sleep better, I'm more motivated and in control of my emotions. I no longer let negative thoughts control how I feel. Actually, I don't even have many negative thoughts anymore. I'm too busy for that. Just a few weeks ago I was stuck indoors feeling weary, negative and out of control. 3 weeks later and I am a changed man." Steve P - Ely

It can cause panic attacks, blushing, profuse sweating and trembling. It may result in nausea, difficulty talking, an overall feeling of dread, stomach discomfort or irregular heartbeat. It can also isolate people from loved ones and business associates.

Social Phobia (social anxiety disorder) is defined as the fear (anxiety) of being judged, criticized, and evaluated by other people.

This fear (anxiety) is often recognized as being irrational by the individual involved, but nevertheless the fear of judgment persists. People who have Social Phobia (Social Anxiety Disorder) find all sorts of everyday situations extremely difficult; being introduced to other people.......
("I wonder what they're thinking about me; I'll bet they don't like me"),
attracting or being the center of attention, being watched while doing something.......
("They don't like what I'm doing; I must be making a fool of myself.") They feel insecure and self-conscious in most public settings.
