Stop Smoking in only ONE session

Hypnotherapy in Cambridge to stop smoking

At Cambridge Hypnotherapy we have devised a fantastic session plan over the past few years that helps our clients quit smoking in only ONE session! We have literally worked it on hundreds of clients and this has helped us to offer it with a free back up session as we are that confident ! Using NLP and Hypnosis, we can start to reprogram what smoking and cigarettes mean to you.

You will no longer see them as a way to relieve that stressful day at work, or as a way to escape that boredom when you’re sat at home with not much to do. You won’t even be using the reason that it helps you socialise with your friends as an excuse as to why you smoke anymore. After our session, your unconscious mind will see that in fact cigarettes are stressing you out physically and even emotionally, that sitting around smoking is actually boring you and stopping you from doing something that you would enjoy doing, and that you can still even be in the same environments as before with friends etc without the need to smoke.

It only takes one session to make these changes, and we are so confident in our approach that we offer all of our clients a free back up session within the first 3 months. In the last 7 years, I have only seen a handful of clients (maybe 5 or 6) for a free back up session, it’s that effective!

To find out how you can be free from cigarettes and stop smoking with Hypnotherapy, contact us now on 01223 720120, or you can email us here and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We offer all of our clients a complimentary initial consultation where you can be sure you can proceed comfortably and stop smoking with Cambridge Hypnotherapy.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Luke.

Hypnobirthing in Cambridge with Cambridge Hypnotherapy

Friday, August 16th, 2013

8 months ago my wife and I were lucky enough to find out that we were expecting our first baby! To start with there was pure joy and unbelievable happiness, followed by paying a visit to all of our family members to give them our little bit of news! First on the list was my Grandad, the head of both of our families being the eldest, where we had a nice glass of whiskey (not the mum to be though, she had orange juice)

Over the next few days and weeks, it started to dawn on us as to exactly what this meant… that we would have a little person relying on us for everything, and that this would be the case for the rest of our lives! Scary? A little bit… Exciting? Massively so!!!

We are now only 3 weeks away, and it’s time to put my Hypnotherapy skills to use with my wife. Hypnobirthing in Cambridge has become increasingly popular here at Cambridge Hypnotherapy.

Giving birth is firstly and most obviously a physical task, however it is secondly and I believe more importantly, a mental task. Hypnobirthing will help change the way your mind acts when you go into labour. It will be easy for your unconscious mind to focus on what is truly important, and to delete any irrelevant information from the hustle and bustle of the maternity centre, to the birthing room itself and even the midwives and doctors milling around. What is important is that your mind keeps the mind-body connection, so that the full cycle of hormone production is maintained and not interrupted, which is the single most important thing when it comes to a quick and painless labour experience.

We at Cambridge Hypnotherapy have developed a fantastic Hypnobirthing procedure which involves only 3 sessions. After these 3 sessions you will find that you look forward to the big day, you are nice and relaxed during the labour itself and actually look back on the experience as that of a wonderful one, not a negative one.

As I mentioned earlier my wife will be benefiting form this, so I will update you all soon 🙂

Contact us here or by calling us on 01223 720 120 to find out just how easy it can be!

See you soon!

Dealing with OCD with Cambridge Hypnotherapy – on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire

Wednesday, July 31st, 2013

This week I was asked by BBC Radio Cambridgeshire to speak on their show, discussing the topic of OCD and looking at the different methods to treat it. As we work with many clients with OCD at Cambridge Hypnotherapy, I was asked on how Hypnotherapy can help change the way that people think or behave.

OCD can be displayed in many different ways including the following:

  • cleanliness and hand washing
  • checking appliances, lights and plug sockets are switched off
  • making sure doors and windows are locked over and over
  • having to perform a particular behaviour a set number of times
  • calorie counting and body image
  • thought about hurting themselves or others
  • having to organise things or line things up to an irrational level
  • Feeling anxious about things you know you don’t need to

To us here at Cambridge Hypnotherapy, even though all of the symptoms above are slightly different, they are also exactly the same in the sense that are just a behaviour or way of processing information and thinking about things.

Using NLP and Hypnosis, we can help change they way that our minds process information, which will in turn lead to a change in our behaviour too. We can allow your mind to accept that once you have done something, that memory can be real so that the mind doesn’t need to go back and re check it and you can start to trust your own judgement the first time you do something. No baby is born with OCD behaviours, which tells us that these symptoms and ways of being are simply  learned behaviour. More so, if we have learned it, what’s stopping us from learning a new one again, if we show your unconscious mind all the reasons why it needs to?

It doesn’t take long to let go of Obsessive Compulsive behaviours, in fact we here at Cambridge Hypnotherapy only work with clients for 2-3 sessions.

If there is something that is bothering you, then why not contact us now by clicking HERE, or call us on 01223 720 120 and we can talk you through it. We always offer you a FREE initial consultation to find out more before you ever proceed.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Luke.
