A day devoted to back care in Cambridge

Monday, February 22nd, 2010

A great friend of ours, Denise, is creating a day devoted to back care. Something I think most of us could benefit from. Denise is a really well known and respected professional yoga teacher.

It’s being held on Saturday 6th March 10 am to 4 pm at Cottenhan Primary school, Lambs Lane, Cottenham.

Staying flexible, strong & pain free with careful back maintenance and sensible body awareness.

As well as Denise taking you through yoga practise for backs, unwinding and relaxation she has organised guest speakers in Osteopathy, acupuncture and Hypnotherapy & Time Line Therapy. (Guess who’s speaking about Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy?)

If you would like to find out more or to book a place, it only costs £36.00 per person, you can directly with Denise via email denise@sibleymooreyoga.co.uk or by calling her direct 01954 202 235.

Promised testimonial for our NLP/Time Line Therapy/Real Hypnosis Practitioner course

Friday, December 5th, 2008

Having just completed another training both Joseph and I were so pleased to receive the following comments.

We saw a huge change and a great deal of skill along with bucket loads of passion from our delegates. It was really good to see everyone using their newly acquired skills ‘in the muscle’  (not just trying out techniques) and making them their own ~ doing what they knew and knowing what they did - the steps to mastery and not mystery!

“This training REALLY went over my expectations, I believe that every service received should be for the receiver of higher value of the fees paid and the fees paid should be for the provider of the service of higher value of the time spent providing the service.

The notions and skills learnt are MUCH, MUCH more valuable than the fees paid.

The hands on approach made it very easy to learn and put the new abilities into practice right away providing the chance of understanding exactly how to apply the “techniques” .

The trainers were ALWAYS happy to help and answer questions, even after the course ended.

If I had to rate this experience 1-10 it would be a 20! There are no words I can use to describe how satisfied, rewarded and pleased I am.

The best investment I have made in years, this course also made me a better man.

Thank you VERY much Joe and Paul!

Respond to redundancy and take the opportunity to move on

Friday, October 3rd, 2008

Businesses have 3 Main Criteria at this time one of which is

·        To respond to redundancy in a truly caring manner and give support for the valued employees who have to be let go

Even with this great intention some people seem to slip the net or maybe just don’t get what they need to make the change and fail see the opportunities that exist before their eyes.

If this is the case with you we believe we can assist in the caring for the response of redundancy as we understand that those who have to leave may be feeling:

Ø  Unwanted/rejected/isolated

Ø  Fearful/helpless with a loss of identity

Ø  Angry/worrying for theirs and their families future

Ø  Unconfident and stressed

And have them to be able to see a future and opportunities feeling:

ü  Valued

ü  Able and passionate

ü  Confident in themselves and their abilities ~ Self belief and self motivation

ü  To be able to deal with the stress of change  and what could be termed a grieving process

Hopefully this is not happening to you.

If it is or you know someone going through this experience call (01223 720 120) or email us to find out how we can help.

The world is full of opportunities ~ we just have to notice them

Feeling Stressed ~not at Cambridge Hypnotherapy or Thailand

Tuesday, September 9th, 2008

Life in Thailand is so different.

There are two types of people here, the laid back people who sleep whilst working, and the others (taxi drivers) who are relentless in working their socks off at a manic rate, yet they all have one thing in common…………………………. a relaxed lifestyle.

Compare that to England, where it makes no differnce if we work hard, or take it easy, the English generally are always stressed out….

why is this?

Maybe the weather, maybe a cheaper way of life, but then they may look at us and think we have it all…. who’s right?
I think we’re both right, as our maps of the world are opposites………..

More to come when I’ve finished relaxing and when I return I’ll teach you how
